Bio

Mrs. Moore is the reading specialist at North Hopewell-Winterstown Elementary.  She has been teaching with the district for twenty-five years. Her past experience with the district includes teaching kindergarten, first, and second grade.  Mrs. Moore has been working as a reading specialist for the past thirteen years at various elementary buildings throughout the district.  As the reading specialist, she works with students during our intervention or ROAR time.  In addition to intervention groups, Mrs. Moore works closely with teachers during reading and writing blocks.  As a reading specialist it is her goal to help all students enjoy reading and provide opportunities for students to grow as readers.
